Abstract submission

Abstract submission is open, and will remain open until March 31^st, 2017. The selection of the oral presentations will be announced before the end of April, i.e. before the early bird registration ends. Abstract submission for oral presentations has been closed. Abstract submission for posters has been extended until June 1^st, 2017.

Registration

Registration will open February, 2017. Registration fees are expected to be 525€ for students, 650€ for academic staff, and 1100€ for participants from companies. Early Bird registrations will be possible for a reduced early bird conference fee until April 30^th, 2017. The early bird registration fees are expected to be 475€ for students, 575€ for academic staff, and 1000€ for participants from companies.
